House expectations

Structure that supports your recovery

Our house guidelines aren't about control — they're about creating the kind of stable, sober environment where healing is possible. Every resident agrees to these expectations before moving in.

  • Zero tolerance for alcohol or drugs on the property
  • Curfew in place — times shared during intake
  • Active participation in a recovery program (AA, NA, or equivalent)
  • Weekly house meeting attendance required
  • Respect for all residents and shared spaces
  • Chores rotation to maintain a clean, welcoming home
  • No overnight guests
  • Rent paid on time — payment plans available, just ask
